These terms apply to the use of www.aqualitemattress.com and to quotations, orders and supply of goods by Aqualite. Placing an order with us means you accept them.

The content on this site — product descriptions, specifications, images and guidance articles — is provided for information. Product images are representative; fabric shades, quilt patterns and finish may vary between production batches. Specifications may be improved without notice. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell at a stated price.
Quotations and orders
- Quotations are valid for the period stated on them, and are based on the sizes, quantities and specification you provide.
- Prices are quoted per order and depend on quantity, size mix and customisation. Taxes and freight are charged as applicable and shown separately.
- An order is confirmed only when we accept it in writing and any agreed advance is received.
- Our standard minimum order is 50 units per size unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Custom and OEM production
Goods made to your dimensions, fabric, branding or private label are produced specifically for you. Once production has started, these orders cannot be cancelled or returned except where the goods are defective. If you supply artwork, labels or brand marks to us, you confirm that you are entitled to use them and that doing so does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Lead time and delivery
Indicative lead time is 10 to 15 working days from order confirmation, and is confirmed per order. Delivery dates are estimates given in good faith and are not guaranteed. Delivery and risk are covered in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Payment
Payment terms are agreed per order and stated on the invoice. Goods remain our property until payment has been received in full, even where they have already been delivered.
Product use
Our products are supplied for their intended use. Damage caused by unsuitable bases or frames, incorrect handling, folding or bending a mattress that is not designed to fold, exposure to moisture, or cleaning methods other than those we recommend is not our responsibility.
Liability
Where we are responsible for a defect, our liability is limited to repairing or replacing the goods, or refunding what you paid for them. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of business, revenue or reputation. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Intellectual property
The Aqualite name, logo, site design, text and images belong to us and may not be reproduced without written permission. Where we manufacture under your brand, your marks remain yours.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Rohtak, Haryana have jurisdiction over any dispute.
